Hotel Atlantis is the perfect getaway to having fun and rejuvenating yourself. A three star boutique Hotel, it is located right in the very heart of Barcelona, making the stay extremely convenient with easy access to the bubbly city and its various must-see destinations.

About the Boutique Hotel

This 5 Storey Boutique Hotel with 50 rooms is your home away from home. The interiors are done in shades of yellow and white, are well furnished with classy and polished dark wood and extremely well lit. All combined, it creates a sophisticated and cheerful ambience. It has a lounge, a meeting room, a common room and a bar as well, all decorated with its own original art.

The rooms, on the other hand, are in shades of midnight blue and white and are soothing to the eyes and soul. The rooms have been equipped with all conceivable modern day amenities like free wifi, refrigeration, music, phone, TV, free safe fit for laptop PC, mini bar and work desks.

However, this is a well-thought layout that wins your heart for, even the little things like having an electrical socket right next to your bed are taken care of to make sure your stay is as pleasant as can be. The bathrooms are clean with ample space and boasts of a bathtub, hairdryers, fluffy towels and plenty of other accessories.

Children under 2 are not charged and their cots/cribs are provided free of cost. For the rest, an extra bed incurs an additional charge of EUR 40 and must be reserved in advance. The costs of supplementary items are calculated separately.

The Hotel doesn’t cater to pets. Other services which can be availed are dry cleaning, laundry service, safety deposit box etc. It also offers parking facilities albeit with reservation in advance.

Location of Atlantis Boutique Hotel

Situated in the hub of Barcelona, this boutique hotel is surrounded by supermarkets, cafes etc. One of the most significant points, especially for women travelers, is the area is safe with everything one might need within walking distance and well lit.
Transportation is also not a problem with ample options available including taxis, a bus station offering special tourist buses. It also has an Airport bus which takes about 30 minutes to get you to Barcelona. Owing to it being located near Plaça Catalunya, the Metro is also a very reasonable and cheap option.

There are many options for the sightseer in you – For the history buffs, a visit to the Gothic Quarter takes you back in time to the Middle Ages. It is incidentally the oldest part of Barcelona where you can still see the remains of Roman houses and streets. For the Art fanatic, check out the Picasso Museum which hosts about 4000 of his original works. The La Sagrada Familia Church, Raval, Rambla, La Ribera, Casa Batllo, Plaza Reial etc are other places you must visit to get a real feel of the place and its culture. Due to its central location, all these places are either within walking distance or near enough to visit!

Shopping – Apart from all the super marts around the hotel, the place boasts of places like Portal del Angel – one of Barcelona’s most famous retail districts, the La Boqueria Market – known as the food market and the posh Passeig de Gracia among others. Pelai – right across the hotel, is arguably the busiest market and famous for its leather and shoes.
