Today, the part of the island bears the nickname Costa del Cash, which suits it perfectly. A single night stay at the most exclusive hotel on Sardinia costs more than 23,000 euros.

The most expensive hotel in Rome is The Westin Excelsior, which is located just a few blocks away from the Trevi Fountain, one of the most famous landmarks of the city. The upscale hotel was opened in 1906 and since has been the place where world’s elite comes to stay when visiting Italy.

The hotel has 281 rooms, which although not cheap, are also not extremely expensive. However, what’s really expensive is the suites at The Westin. There are only 35 of them and if you want to spend a night there, you’ll have to cash out up to 24,000 EUR.

Everything is great about this boutique hotel. First of all, it is located on the shore of the Lake Geneva, not far away from the city center. Apart from the amazing location, President Wilson is also famous for the awesome service it provides for its guests. Furthermore, the hotel is pretty exclusive, so booking a room is not an easy job. If you manage to do it, you will have to pay a few hundred euros for two people per night. We’re talking about regular rooms, but the price multiplies many times if you want to book an exclusive suite. Staying at the Royal Penthouse Suite is a privilege not many can afford – one night costs 28,000 EUR.

Royal Villa at Grand Resort Lagonissi, Greece

If you book the Royal Villa, you will get a luxury accommodation, with your own private beach, which is not far away from the capital of Greece. The Villa is filled with artwork of some of the most famous painters and sculptors in history. The only downside of this villa is that you need nearly 50k euros to spend a single day in it.
