It might be a sin city, but Las Vegas deserves to be visited at least once in a lifetime. There’s nothing you can’t do here – free your mind and do whatever you like to do. But, apart from vice-celebrating places, this city has a lot more to offer.

Bellagio Fountains 

Set in the front of the prestigious Bellagio Hotel, the Bellagio Fountains are a true landmark of Las Vegas. The fountains are set in the middle of an artificial lake, visible from the main Las Vegas Boulevard, the so-called Strip. Over 4,500 lights add special beauty to the water show that takes place every 30 minutes, every afternoon. The water shooters send blasts up to 140 meters high.

But the Bellagio Fountains are not only visual magnificence. Combined with music and the fountain choreography that suits it, these fountains are a real wonder of the modern era. Songs such as Elvis Presley’s ‘Viva Las Vegas’ or Céline Dion’s ‘My Heart Will Go On’ are regularly featured here.

Las Vegas Strip


Just take a look at these numbers – 6 kilometers of road, 15 out of the 25 largest hotels in the world, with an overall capacity of over 62,000 rooms. If you’re thinking of the Las Vegas Strip, you’re right! This is an iconic part of the Las Vegas Boulevard as the most famous city-attractions are here.

You’ve probably already seen it as it was featured in almost every film, music video, or a postcard from Las Vegas. The Las Vegas starts, at its southern end, with a massive pyramid, the Luxor Las Vegas hotel. The next hotel ahead is the world’s 2nd largest hotel by the number of rooms, the MGM Grand Las Vegas.

The highest observation tower in the USA is Las Vegas’ Stratosphere. The tower rises about 350 meters to the sky and is used as a luxurious hotel and casino. It is the northernmost of all the venues of the Las Vegas Strip.

The Stratosphere is known as the best spot in Las Vegas for a panoramic view of the city. Its renewed restaurant on the top brings lots of tourists, same as its casinos. However, the biggest attractions of the Stratosphere are the Thrill Rides.

Even if you aren’t an adrenaline junkie, you must be impressed by the Stratosphere Thrill Rides. There are 4 options offered. The Big Shot starts at 308 meters and it’s currently the highest thrill ride in the world. The world’s second and third-highest are also here – the Insanity and the X-Scream. The Bellagio hotel is an impressive building located on the Las Vegas Strip. It is beautified by staggering fountain shows known around the world as the Bellagio Fountains shows. On top of that, the hotel features a luxurious nightclub, the Hyde Bellagio.

The Mob Museum features items from all over the USA, which all had been connected with mafia in some way. For example, there is a part of the wall hit by bullets in the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre, the infamous Al Capone’s breakthrough.

Apart from the exhibitions of items from the past, the visitors can also experience a real-life mafia life – by shooting from a Tommy Gun, listen to actual wire taps, or sit in a replica of an electric chair.”

The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace


The highest-grossing shopping mall in the USA is located in Las Vegas. It is named the Forum Shops at Caesars, but people commonly refer to it as the Forum. It features dozens of high-end boutiques and restaurants with exquisite service, but also with high prices. Even being one of the most expensive places in Las Vegas, the Forum is also one of the most visited venues.

Pinball Hall of Fame


The Pinball Hall of Fame is a non-profit museum dedicated to pinball enthusiasts. But not only for them – everyone must be impressed by the size of the collection in the venue.  There are over 400 different pinball games on the disposal to visitors.

In the Pinball Hall of Fame everything is focused entirely on the game. Good fun and happy faces are the things the owners expect from you, not your money. This is a totally free organization that continues working from the voluntary donations of the visitors. And there are plenty of those who’d like to help. That is why the organization managed to set a wonderful collection of pinball machines in one of the busiest parts of the city, close to the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas


Paris Las Vegas is a complex of hotel and casino buildings that are, in fact, replicas of famous buildings in Paris. It is located on the Strip and features venues resembling the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, the Paris Opera House, etc. It is biggest attraction and the tallest building is a half-scale high replica of the Eiffel Tower.

The Las Vegas Eiffel Tower gives the visitors a breathtaking view of the city. From the height of 165 m, almost every part of Las Vegas is visible. Add to that the 360-degree panorama and you’ll realize why this is one of the top attractions in this part of the world.

The tower is opened all day, but at night is really comes alive. The rush hour here starts as soon as the sun goes down as the visitors want to enjoy in the romantic view of the shiny city, especially its brightest area – the Strip. And there is no better place to see it in its full glory than from the Las Vegas Eiffel Tower.

Hoover Dam


Ever wondered how much electricity is needed to power all of the spectacular Las Vegas attractions and where does it come from? Well, a part of the electricity is generated at the power plants at the Lake Mead. The lake is a vast amount of water held there by the Hoover Dam.

The Hoover Dam is a dam and a power plant built on the Colorado River on the border between Nevada and Arizona. The construction of the dam produced an artificial lake, the Mead Lake with the area of 640 square meters.

The dam is 220 meters tall and the water drop is 180 meters which makes it one of the highest waterfalls in the world. However, that isn’t the only thing that attracts visitors. Many people come here to pay a respect to hundreds of workers that gave their lives for the construction of the Hoover Dam, in the 1930’s.
