In the previous list, we started to examine the top 10 biggest hotels in the world. Our 1st article dealt with the hotels from the 10th to the 5th number on the list. Now we get to deal with the 4 largest hotels in the world. Let’s start with the number 4!

Disney’s All-Star Resort Complex, Orlando, Florida, USA

Being a part of the Walt Disney World, this resort is truly a magical place. Get to know more about your favorite Disney characters and feel like you’ve been a part of one of the cartoons. If that’s not your cup of tea, you can choose another resort, with a completely different theme. Disney’s All Star Resort Complex is made of several themed hotels, including Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, and Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort. In total, these resorts have 5,524 in 30 separate buildings, all 3 stories high.

MGM Grand Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

With 6,852 rooms, the MGM Grand Las Vegas was the largest hotel in the world for 13 years. The resort is a luxury complex, with dozen of high-class restaurants on the premises. David Copperfield has a permanent show here, while the primary way of entertainment in the hotel is its casino. With 171,500 square feet of gaming space, the casino in the MGM Grand Las Vegas is the largest casino in Nevada. You can book a double room at Booking.com for $170 per night.

The Venetian & The Palazzo, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Another Las Vegas hotel building held the throne for the biggest hotel in the world until recently. Before August 2015, the building of the Venetian and the Palazzo was the largest hotel structure. The hotel complex has 7,117 rooms and is one of the most iconic hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. The Venetian is a themed luxury hotel, designed to resemble the Italian city of Venice. The other part of this hotel complex is the high-end luxury resort, called the Palazzo. Both hotels are fairly expensive with the cheapest rooms costing about $200 per night. But be aware that rooms in these hotels need to be booked even a year in advance as the demand is massive.

First World Hotel, Genting Highlands, Malaysia

The largest hotel in the world, as of April 2016 is the First World Hotel in Malaysia with its 7,351. The hotel was build in 2008, but in 2015, an expansion was done, making it the biggest hotel in the world. The hotel is situated in the Genting Highlands hill resort, one of the most popular travel destinations in Malaysia. The resort is situated on top of a mountain, relatively close to the coast of the Malacca Strait and the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. There is a huge demand for rooms in this 3-star resort. The hotel is fully booked a year from the day this article was published. Still, if you manage to book a room here, you will have to pay at least $53 for a double-room. Your best chance for snatching a room at the First World Hotel is via Booking.com.
